The centre will support habitat conservation, biodiversity research, sustainable eco-tourism, and public awareness, with a focus on protecting threatened and endemic bird species while promoting community participation and nature-based learning.

• Bird Interpretation & Exhibition Spaces
• Mimic Garden at Agaram
• Bird-watching facilities at Kazhuveli
• Environmental Education & Community Learning Areas
